The Dampier Sharks are excited to kick off the 2026 season with a strong coaching team leading the charge!
- Michael Hopkins – stepping in for the first time as Women’s Coach, bringing his experience as a well-seasoned league player to guide and inspire the women’s squad.“We’ve got a great group of women and a strong team culture. I’m keen to get to work and help guide the team & grow at this great club! I can’t wait to get started”
- Brendan Archer – returning as Reserves Coach, continuing his commitment to developing depth and nurturing emerging talent.“2026 promises to be an exciting year with many of our Colts getting a taste of senior footy last season. Completed by our seasoned campaigners and new arrivals to the club will add some quality depth amongst the squad”
- Steven Dodd – returning as League Coach, ready to lead the Sharks through another competitive season with his proven leadership.“I’m really looking forward to season 2026 and hopefully again be a strong contender for the premiership. With a few older players finishing up, I’m looking forward to the younger players stepping up to become regular league players.”
