The Dampier Sharks Football Club is proud to be actively participating in the Thriving Clubs Program delivered in partnership with Country Football WA, reinforcing our commitment to building a strong, sustainable, and values-driven club.
To date, club leaders and volunteers have taken part in three engaging workshops, each focused on strengthening leadership, governance, and the long-term health of our club. These sessions have provided meaningful opportunities for reflection, shared learning, and collaboration across the Dampier Sharks community.
A key outcome of the program so far has been the development of our purpose statement and core values. Through open and guided discussions, participants worked together to clearly define who we are and what we stand for.
